If you are traveling to any of our Mast Store locations for work (or even for a fun vacation get away), you can take advantage of special hotel rates at select hotels in some markets. The information below gives you the details you need to book a stay at one of these partner hotels.
If the travel is work-related, be sure to follow all travel and expense policy guidelines. Note that any/all hotels listed below reserve the right to change or eliminate their specials at any time. Mast will work to keep this list as up-to-date as possible, however, there may be delays in updating information.
High Country (Boone, Valle Crucis)

Rate Restrictions: Rate is not available for ASU home football games and is not applicable for group travel. For groups, you must call the hotel separately, and they will most likely offer the same rate. The rate may be used for personal travel, but it's possible that the rate could be closed out during high-demand time. Anytime it's not available, just reach out to the hotel GM, Tara Brossa. She will be happy to work out something for a personal trip for anyone with Mast.
Valle Crucis Conference Center

Corporate Rate: VCCC is used for group travel only. Guests can stay in the Inn for $50 per person per night (accommodations are booked per person, not per room) or $45 per night in other buildings on the property.
Notes: To book a room, please contact Wendell Seaver at business@vcconferences.org or Margaret Love at director@vcconferences.org. This rate is not available for personal use--business travel only. VCCC has extremely limited infrastructure, furnishings, and staffing, so anything requiring extra steps needs to be confirmed and worked out well in advance. Room nights must be booked six months prior to stay.
