Selling Gift Cards

  • Create/add customers to customer database when selling a card card.
    • If it is a business or organization, select the Business Icon from the home screen. You may need MOD to add Businesses.

Please ask each guest for their name, email, phone number, and address. We want to collect the cleanest customer information that we can. This means slowing down and taking our time to ensure that we input all information correctly. We also plan to ask each guest for a few more pieces of information that we may be used to with our current system.

  • As you enter customer information, please use the “Phone” field for their phone number and enter all numbers without dashes.
  • Select Save when all information is recorded.
    • *You may get an alert if you input an email that already has a guest attached to it in our system.
  • Select Add customer to sale from the pop-up

  • You can look up the guest with the “Customer” search.
