How do I use the Knowledge Base?

The knowledge base is designed to be simple. Most of the time, the easiest way to find what you need is to search.

Use the search bar at the top of the page and type in:

• The name of a system
• A task you're trying to do
• A keyword you remember
• The name of a process

You can also explore the knowledge base by navigating through the site. Currently, you're viewing a page. The entire knowledge base is made up of pages, and each page can be organized into chapters. Chapters form Books, and Books are arranged on Shelves.
