Pro-Deal Sites for Mast Employees

One of the terrific benefits of being a Mast employee is access to tons of great Pro-Deals from a range of our vendors! These Pro-Deals look different from vendor to vendor, and not every brand we carry makes deals available. In some cases, all you need is to sign-up and prove your employment with Mast (usually by providing a recent paystub). In other cases, you may need to complete some vendor-provided training before you can take advantage of the deals.

Other Pro-Deals are offered on an individual basis directly from the vendor. The list that follows offers you the details you need to locate and sign up for many of the Pro-Deals available to us.

It’s also important to understand the rules around Pro-Deals. These are offered by vendors as a benefit only to retail employees at qualified retail businesses. Any purchase through a Pro-Deal (unless specifically indicated otherwise) should be for the employee only. And Pro-Deal access should never be shared with anyone outside of Mast. Vendors can eliminate Pro-Deal access if they believe it’s being misused. Here are just a few additional points to be aware of:

  • Pro-deal sites such as IPA Collective or ExpertVoice may change brands or product availability with little or no notice. It is the employee’s responsibility to remain aware of changes.
  • If vendor guidelines ask for the order to be shipped through your employer, please use the address for the Support Facility: 200 Punkin Center, Banner Elk, NC 28604. Also be sure to include ATTN: Your Name in an Address line. If the vendor does not specify to ship through your employer, items can now be shipped to your home address.
  • Once you’ve signed up for any of the pro-deal sites, you will receive regular emails about new products or promotions. These are often the only way to know what new brands are available.
  • On occasion, a brand may open a pro-deal up to “friends & family” for a limited time. Please watch for emails from brands you’ve signed up for to know when these limited sales are available.
  • Mast will notify employees of any unique deals from vendors that happen outside of a brand’s standard pro-deal access. For example, following our annual workshops, some of the vendors who present may provide a unique, one-time deal to employees.
