Submit a Time-off Request in the Mobile App

- Log in to the Paylocity
websiteMobileataccess.paylocity.com.App.
- Navigate to
SelfTimeService PortalOff from the Menu ☰ .
- Select the Request
Time Offtab.
button in the Time Off tile. - Select either PTO or Unpaid Time Off from the Request Type dropdown menu.
SelectEnterdates in theaRequestStatDatesfield.Select the applicable option forDo you want to include weekends?Date.
SelectEnterthe applicable option foranDoEndyou want to request full days?.IfNo:EnterHours Per Day.EnterStart TimeDate.
Enteradditional details intheAddStartCommentsTime.
- Enter the Hours Per Day (greater than zero).
- Enable or disable Include Weekends
boxas necessary.
- Enter an optional note within Comments to provide context.
- Select Submit. After a supervisor approves or declines the request, a message will appear in User Notifications.
