Submit a Time-off Request in the Mobile App

This document walks through the process of submitting a time-off request fromthrough yourthe Paylocity Self-Servicemobile Portalapp on the desktop version of the application.. As always, if you have any questions, please reach out to HR@mastgeneralstore.com.

  1. Log in to the Paylocity websiteMobile at access.paylocity.com.App.
  2. Navigate to SelfTime Service PortalOff from the Menu .
  3. Select the Request Time Offtab.
    button in the Time Off tile.
  4. Select either PTO or Unpaid Time Off from the Request Type dropdown menu.
  5. SelectEnter dates in thea RequestStat Dates field.
     
  6. Select the applicable option for Do you want to include weekends?Date.
  7. SelectEnter the applicable option foran DoEnd you want to request full days?.
    If No:
    • Enter Hours Per Day.
    • Enter Start TimeDate.
  8.  Enter additional details in the AddStart CommentsTime.
     
  9. Enter the Hours Per Day (greater than zero).
     
  10. Enable or disable Include Weekends boxas necessary.
     
  11. Enter an optional note within Comments to provide context.
  12. Select Submit. After a supervisor approves or declines the request, a message will appear in User Notifications.
